王旭律师（TEP）现任大成律所顾问（合伙人级别），金融委家族办公室法律研究中心执行主任，多家银行总行金融机构法律及税务顾问，曾参与立法修法、国家政策内参项目，上榜多个法律评级榜单并获荣誉称号，高校硕士生导师，国际受托人与财富规划者学会高级成员，出版著作《离岸信托理论与实务》，享有极佳的业界声誉。
王旭律师多次受邀为高等院校、金融机构总部、地方政府提供财法税培训，带领团队主办了诸多典型案例，主要业务领域为境内外家族信托（含股权信托）、税务规划、跨境财富管理、慈善规划（慈善基金会及慈善信托）、移民换汇等。
Sean Wang, a trailblazer in Trust Law, has carved an impressive path in the legal industry. As the first national scholarship recipient to specialize in Trust Law, Sean’s academic prowess led him to a Distinction(High) in LLM in International and Commercial Trust Law from UCL, funded by the China Scholarship Council. His expertise quickly propelled him to become one of the youngest partners at Dentons China, where he has been instrumental in major legislative projects and has earned high regard from clients including Bank of China.
In 2023, Sean published the first monograph on offshore trust theory and practice, Offshore Trust(Mandarin), significantly influencing Chinese high-net-worth individuals and financial practitioners. His leadership and innovation have been recognized with awards such as the 2023 China Business Law Journal(CBLJ) Rising Star of the Year and the 2022 Wealth APAC Top 50 Chief Wealth Advisors in China.
